3. Contact and appointment booking

If you contact us by email or open the external Microsoft Bookings page, the information you provide is processed to respond, arrange an appointment and, where relevant, prepare or perform a contract. Microsoft operates the linked booking service under its own privacy terms. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual communication and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for business communication.

4. Microsoft chat

The Microsoft Customer Connect chat is not loaded until you actively enable it. When enabled, a Microsoft script is loaded and Microsoft may process technical connection data and use browser storage. Your choice is stored locally in your browser under arivemb-microsoft-chat-consent. You can change that choice by clearing this site’s local storage. Depending on Microsoft’s processing, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area subject to the safeguards provided by Microsoft. The legal basis for loading the chat is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

This website does not use advertising or marketing analytics. External services opened by link operate under their own responsibility.
